Erin Hardister, Esq.

Erin Hardister, Esq. is  the founding attorney of Visionary  Legal PLLC.  She is a native of North Carolina. Attorney Hardister received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology and Concentration in Law & Society from East Carolina University. She received her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal Law School. During law school, she served  as a clinician in the Family Law and Criminal Defense Clinic representing individuals unable to afford legal services. She went on to serve as Certified Legal Intern with the State Attorney’s Office prosecuting misdemeanor crimes.

 

 

Attorney Hardister began her career as an Assistant State Attorney . During this time, she successfully prosecuted a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases. Upon leaving the State Attorney's Office. Attorney Hardister spent years as a solo practitioner litigating criminal defense, civil and family law cases in the Tampa Bay area. Attorney went on to become a certified Family Law Mediator helping to provide alternative dispute resolutions to families.

 

Attorney Hardister currently focuses on mediation, small business services, and title work. She remains committed to giving back through volunteer and pro bono work with local legal aids.
